Do I have to register an account to place my order?
No. You can place your order on our website without having to open an account with us.

I've just placed an order with you guys. What should I do if I want to add more items to my order?
You can simply place another order with us by selecting "Combine Postage" shipping method (It is Free). Our stuff will pack your orders together in one box for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, AfterPay and ZipPay on our website. Also we have EFTPOS facility to accept credit cards, AfterPay, ZipPay and cash if you shop in our warehouse stores in Rydalmere and Alexandria.

How do I cancel my orders?
To cancel your order simply contact us by email as long as your order has not been shipped and left from our warehouse.

Do you have a refund or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products there is a no refund or exchange on any item as long as they are used. Every product we sell is tested, with the batteries provided, before it leaves our warehouse to minimize any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.

How do I collect my order if I'm not at home?
You will receive a parcel collection notice in your mail box if your place is unattended during the delivery. You will be able to collect your order from your local post office at your convenience.

Where can I find a tracking number for my order to locate my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it is collected from our warehouse by Australia Post. Also you will receive delivering events of your parcel by Email from Australia Post.

Do you deliver my order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes, Australia Post will deliver your orders to any PO Box or Parcel Lockers Australia wide.

How long do you deliver my orders?
We deliver your orders Australian wide within 1-3 business days by Express Post and 2-7 business days by Standard Post.

How much do you charge for delivery?
We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Post eParcel. We charge a flat postage $8.95 for any orders. We also offer Express Post which costs $12.95 per order, regardless of the size and value. We offer Free Shipping if your order exceeds $150.

Do you mention Adult Direct on my packages?
No. The senders details will be marked as coming from our company name which doesn't related to Adult Direct at all. There will be no mention of adultdirect.com.au on the packages so you can be assured that your colleagues, parents, housemates or even partners will be none the wiser.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
You can come to pick up your order at our warehouse during the business hours. To pick up your items from our warehouse, you will need to bring the card you used for payment, and a valid photo ID of the card holder if the card names are different from yours.
